What people ask me
Anything else, just message me. Anything you tell me about your life stays between us.
What does energy healing feel like?
Everyone is different. People describe warmth, tingling, heaviness, twitching or deep calm. Some laugh or cry, which is just release. Most simply feel very relaxed.
Do I have to take my clothes off?
No. You stay fully clothed for every energy healing session. Shoes off, a blanket if you like.
Will you touch me?
Only if you're happy for me to. I'll show you where my hands would rest before we start, and I can work just above you instead.
How many sessions will I need?
There's no set number. Some people come once when life feels heavy, others come monthly to keep balanced. We can talk about it after your first.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. Children's sessions are £40, and parent and child sessions (£80) are lovely if your little one would like you there.
Is what I tell you private?
Always. Anything you share about your life stays between us.
