I don't just match colours to chakras
There are a few stages first. We must restore, then replenish, and only then are we able to balance each chakra.

The body scan
I scan your energy and work intuitively to choose the right crystals for you.
Restore, replenish, balance
I lay the crystals and work through those three stages, with breath, meditation, Reiki or sound as needed.
A crystal journey, if it calls
Sometimes we meditate with a crystal's energy, guided by an intention you set.
Crystals for home
We talk about which crystals could support you at home, so the healing carries on.
Wear something comfortable; you stay clothed. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before and after, and drink plenty of water.
Take one home
Crystals to carry the healing on
Crystals are traditionally used to support wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical care.

Do I need to bring crystals?
No, I have everything. If you have a crystal you love, bring it and we can work with it too.
Can I take the crystals home?
The session crystals stay in the cabin, but I'll suggest pieces for you, and they're in my shop.
What does crystal healing feel like?
Most people feel calm and grounded. Some notice warmth, tingling or emotion as energy shifts.
Can two of us come together?
Yes, a duo crystal healing session is 90 minutes for £100.
