Who is it for?
Anyone feeling drained, overwhelmed or disconnected, or wanting to keep their energy clear.
How is it different from Reiki?
It's shorter and focused on clearing your aura and chakras, using whichever tools are needed. A full Reiki session is 90 minutes of deeper healing.
How often should I have one?
Whenever you feel heavy, or every few weeks as maintenance.
